Hi. I use this blog as a scratchpad to think about and innovate ideas around social media and web 2.0 techniques and technologies. I want to understand problems from the experiential view of the user and think as a technologist about how to provide that experience. I am also very interested in the potential for Linked Open Data and open data standards to create the next technology driven economic boom.
I am currently the Chief Innovation Officer at ClickforHelp.com Inc. which has created the underlying technology for several online communities, novel social media applications and an collaborative platform for the real estate industry. ClickforHelp provides services to extend a company’s brand experience to the internet as well as make it more discoverable and present online. This includes creation of websites, intranets, extranets, search engine optimization and social media strategies.
I am also in the process of founding GovCollab.org which will work to find opportunities for collaborative government.

Hi Ken
It seems more than a coincidence that we share the same first part of our domain name. I discovered your blog when I accidently googled mine. I read through your blogs and it seems very relevant to what I am starting to do with my blog targeting federal agencies and non-profits in particular. However, I specialize in audio-visual communication on the topics covered. Perhaps, there is something we can do together?
